For every $1 spent through the app, you will earn 10 points in your Milo’s account. You can use your points when ordering through the app to get free Milo’s any time you’d like.

You can find out what is available to you by logging in to your account on the app and online and clicking loyalty.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
Add the item you are trying to redeem to your basket. Upon checkout, click "Apply Offer" to use your points for purchase.
WHY CAN I NOT REDEEM POINTS FOR MY DRIVE THRU OR IN-STORE PURCHASES?
- We are currently rolling out phase 1 of loyalty. We hope to allow all customers to get and redeem points by scanning their phone in our next version.
I WAS CHARGED FOR AN ORDER THAT DID NOT PROCESS, HOW DO I GET MY REFUND?
If you receive a processing error, our store did not receive the order and payment for the order will automatically be refunded to you within a few business days.
