Milo’s Quesadilla
Prep Time: 30 Min | Cook Time: 30 min | Serves: 4
Ingredient List:
2 chicken breasts
2 cups shredded
Mexican blend cheese
1/2 cup diced red onion
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp sour cream
1/2 cup ranch
1/2 cup Milo’s Sauce
Directions:
- Season chicken breast with salt & pepper then brush with Milo’s Sauce
- Add chicken to a grill pan and cook over medium heat until golden and cooked through, roughly 10 minutes, then transfer to a plate
- In a separate bowl mix together ranch and Milo’s Sauce to make Double-O
- Add 1 flour tortilla to a skillet over medium heat and sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese, sliced chicken, 1/4 cup red onion
- Add another 1/4 cup cheese and top with another flour tortilla
- Once the bottom tortilla is golden brown, flip over the quesadilla and cook until golden brown
- Slice into triangles and drizzle with Double-O and Milo’s Sauce – serve with sour cream & cilantro (optional).
- Repeat 4-7 for second quesadilla.
