Orders can be conveniently placed directly through the Milo’s mobile app or through the website. Download the Milo’s Hamburgers App or create an online account here. For larger orders exceeding $500, we request a 48 hour notice, and these orders must be placed by filling out the catering request form above.
We recommend placing your catering order at least 24 hours before your event. This allows us ample time to prepare and ensure everything is perfect for your gathering.

We understand that plans change unexpectedly. To accommodate any changes or cancellations, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance at hello@miloshamburgers.com.
Yes, there is a $100 minimum on all catering orders.
Yes. You receive points for any dollar spent.
To request a refund for an online order, please let us know your name, order date, and the reason for refund in our online form, email hello@miloshamburgers.com, or call the corporate office 205-871-2000.
