How does the Loyalty Program work?

For every $1 spent through the app, you will earn 10 points in your Milo’s account. You can use your points when ordering through the app to get free Milo’s any time you’d like. See full terms & conditions here.

How can I sign up?

Download the Milo’s Hamburgers App or create an online account here.

Where can I find loyalty offers available to me?

You can find out what is available to you by logging in to your account on the app and online and clicking loyalty.

How do I redeem my points?

Within the app, add the item you are trying to redeem to your basket. Upon checkout, click Apply Offer to use your points for purchase. In-store, scan your QR code within your app and let the cashier know what you wish to redeem from your order prior to payment. You will only be allowed to redeem one item per transaction.

How long does it take points to come in?

It can take up to 24 hours for points to process and show up in your Points History. If they are still missing after that, please reach out to hello@miloshamburgers.com.

I have an offer in my inbox but I am unable to use it, why?

You can only use loyalty points to redeem an offer if you have enough points. You also have to put the exact item you
wish to redeem in your basket in order to redeem it. For example, if you have an offer for a Milo’s Original Cheeseburger, you must put only the Milo’s Original Cheeseburger in your basket, not the combo.

Can I add and redeem points in the Drive Thru?

Yes. You can get points added to your account or redeem points from your account on mobile orders, drive thru orders, and in-store orders. Have your app handy to scan your loyalty code in order to add and redeem points. If you do not have your app handy, you can also give your telephone number to the cashier. Points cannot be redeemed for merchandise or third party delivery orders.

Do my loyalty points expire?

Loyalty points acquired expire after one year on the date of purchase. For example, points you acquire on WX/YZ/2023 will expire on WX/YZ/2024. Points do not all expire at once, only the ones acquired and not used within 1 year.

Can I get points for my delivery orders?

You cannot receive Milo’s loyalty points when ordering through a 3rd party delivery group, such as DoorDash, UberEats, GrubHub, EZ Cater.

Can I redeem multiple items with my loyalty points?

At the moment, you are only able to redeem one free item per transaction.

If I use a reward for a fry and purchase something else, do I receive points on that purchase?

Yes. You receive points for any dollar spent. You will not receive points when redeeming only freebies.

The item I always purchase is not eligible for a reward, how can I get exactly what I want?

Let us know what it is you would like to see as a reward @ hello@miloshamburgers.com and we will see what we can do.

How can I get a refund for an online order?
