Birmingham-based Milo’s Hamburgers is prepared to open its 17th location in Montgomery next week.
The new location at 8747 Eastchase Parkway is set to open Aug. 31. and is the company’s second restaurant in the River Region after opening in Prattville earlier this year. Both restaurants were designed by Hendon + Huckestein Architects of Birmingham and built by Paragon Construction of Montgomery.
The company estimates the new Montgomery location will employ up to 40 people.
Milo’s specializes in made-to-order burgers, hand-breaded chicken tenders, and more. They have a full breakfast menu featuring biscuits, Conecuh sausage and cinnamon rolls. The chain also specializes in hand-spun shakes.
